What this application is

The QHT YouTube Dashboard is an internal tool used by QHT Clinic staff to publish the clinic’s own videos to the clinic’s own YouTube channels. It is not a public service and is not offered to general consumers.

What data we access

• Your Google account identity (name, email address, profile picture) — used only to confirm that you are allowed to sign in to the dashboard.
• Google Drive (read-only) — we read the video and image files in the Drive folder you provide, so they can be uploaded to YouTube. We never modify or delete your Drive files.
• YouTube — we upload videos, set titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails and privacy status, and read basic statistics for the channels you connect.

What we store

• Google OAuth refresh tokens for the connected accounts, so uploads can run on a schedule.
• A list of the videos managed through the dashboard (title, description, schedule, YouTube ID).
• A short-lived sign-in cookie.

All of this is stored on our own server. We do not sell, rent or share this data with any third party, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Google user data and Google API Services

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used solely to provide the upload features described above.

Removing your access

You can revoke this application’s access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access immediately stops all uploads for that account, and the stored token becomes unusable. To have stored data deleted, contact us using the support email shown on the Google consent screen.
